About the Course
The workshop is based on practical approaches and mainly focuses on the procedures of proper and efficient training delivery. It also finds solutions whenever there is any problem or confusion and helps to slowly gather confidence over the area. The workshop acquaints an aspirant with a structured approach to careful planning and strong performance delivery.
The main objective of the workshop is to inspire self assessment to strengthen the generic skills of the trainers. ACT is also thinking of conducting an L&D workshop in any city provided they can gather at least 8 participants.
The workshop will be conducted following the ADDIE model that includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation along with five expanded modules. The workshop will help the candidates to acquire the necessary skills and ability and will be able to perform these functions:-
- Able to clarify the process of training
- Crosscheck the need for training and illustrate the objectives of effective learning.
- esign student-oriented learning materials and exercises.
- Apply adult learning concepts, customize on-the-shelf materials and develop a supportive environment.
- Training activities and lecture alternatives must be used productively, outlining different learning needs and related effective questioning techniques
- Prepare sincerely for a training session and foster learning
- Handle and guide participants from different backgrounds with various learning approaches
- To speak to challenging candidates and behaviours
- Use audio-visuals to present and aid a session
- Evaluate the impact of a program at various levels through different means
- To identify the five levels of estimation.
